Our packages offer a variety of options for you to choose from in order for you to meet your goals and look amazing on your big day! We provide combination packages which implement both physical training and nutritional services, individual or partner physical training services, or an all inclusive bridal package including nutritional services, physical training, and wedding day make-up services to ensure you are flawless when you walk down the aisle.

Bridal Package 1     

This package is great for brides who are looking to lose a few extra pounds. It's great for those on a current program who are looking to improve their results.

This package offers support with structuring a balanced diet of healthy meals and snacks to ensure you're receiving your optimal caloric intake. Some benefits of this package are an improved cardiovascular status, greater strength, flexibility, fat loss, and improved nutritional habits as part of a daily lifestyle.

Package 3 is great for brides who may struggle with unhealthy eating habits. This offer implements a daily reduced caloric diet focused on portion sizing and dealing with any emotional prompters that may be associated to unhealthy eating. You'll experience an improved cardiovascular status, increased strength, flexibility, and fat loss, as well implemented daily healthier eating habits.

This package is perfect for brides with long-term goals who want to implement a healthier lifestyle and undergo a positive, personal transformation.

Starter Training Packages

This is a great option for those who are new to personal training and want to get their feet wet. Session durations are one hour.

​This is a great option for those with a hectic schedule which makes committing to a multi-session program impossible. This option allows you to pay as you go, with a two session per week minimum.

Individual Training Sessions

> Duration 6-8 weeks

Personal Training Policies include:

We require a 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Otherwise the client will be charged for the missed session. Clients are expected to reschedule within the same week to maintain the training frequency specified in their contract. ABS Wellness cannot reschedule individuals within semi-private or group sessions. All training packages expire within 90 days or at the end of contracted training period. No refunds for missed or unused sessions.

To ensure client's commitment, sessions must be paid for in advance.

For all training packages, the minimum training frequency is two sessions per week.
